Zero Transaction Fees

Unlike other commerce platforms, we never charge a percentage of your sales.
  • Payment processing fees go directly to your payment provider (Stripe, TossPayments)
  • You keep 100% of your revenue (minus the payment provider’s standard fee)
  • No hidden fees, no per-order charges
Example: On a 100orderwithStripe(2.9100 order with Stripe (2.9% + 0.30), you pay Stripe 3.20.Youpayus3.20. You pay us 0. On Shopify Basic, you’d pay an additional $2.00 to Shopify on top of the payment processing fee.

How Order Counting Works

An “order” is counted when a checkout is completed and an order is created via the API. The following do not count toward your limit:
  • Cart creation and updates
  • Failed or abandoned checkouts
  • Refunds on existing orders
  • Order status changes (fulfillment, shipping, etc.)
  • API calls (products, inventory, customers, etc.)

Soft Limits

We use soft limits to avoid disrupting your business:
ThresholdWhat happens
80% of limitEmail + Dashboard warning
100% of limitEmail notification, service continues
120% of limitNew orders blocked, upgrade required
Even when new orders are blocked, you can still manage existing orders — process refunds, update fulfillments, manage customers, etc.

Free Tier

The Free plan is a fully functional test environment, not a crippled version:
  • Complete API access (all endpoints)
  • Full Dashboard functionality
  • SDK and CLI access
  • Webhook support
The only difference is that Free operates in test mode — no real payment processing. When you’re ready to go live, upgrade to Starter and switch your API key. No code changes needed.

Billing

  • Billed monthly via Stripe
  • Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated)
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle
  • No long-term contracts — cancel anytime
  • No credit card required for the Free plan

FAQ

Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We use a soft limit system. You’ll get warnings at 80% and 100%. At 120%, new orders will be blocked until you upgrade. You can always manage existing orders.
Not yet. We plan to offer annual billing with a discount in the future.
The Free plan serves as an unlimited trial — you get full API access in test mode. When you’re ready for live payments, upgrade to Starter.
No. There are no per-call charges. API rate limits vary by plan, but there is no additional cost for API usage within your rate limit.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law (including the Korean Consumer Protection Act). You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
